　　據(jù)悉，該項(xiàng)目作為百億量級(jí)的省重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，一期總建筑面積124萬平方米，主要建設(shè)兩棟主廠房及其他生產(chǎn)配套設(shè)施，規(guī)劃產(chǎn)能60GWh的新能源電池生產(chǎn)線。項(xiàng)目建成后將進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大廈門市新能源動(dòng)力電池產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模，并帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)上下游配套企業(yè)來廈落地。

　　作為寧德時(shí)代廈門鋰電池制造基地一期高速線核心集成商，智佳能展示了卓越的技術(shù)實(shí)力和自主研發(fā)能力。為了滿足寧德時(shí)代高速線的高技術(shù)要求，智佳能首次采用行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的磁懸浮柔性運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)，將傳統(tǒng)0.5m/s生產(chǎn)速度，提升超1m/s，精度達(dá)0.05mm；此外，智佳能創(chuàng)新性采用嵌套連續(xù)式提升機(jī)，相較于傳統(tǒng)往復(fù)式提升機(jī)速度提升240%，完美契合寧德時(shí)代超高產(chǎn)能需求。

　　在寧德時(shí)代廈門一期項(xiàng)目的合作中，智佳能與寧德時(shí)代團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，共同攻克了一個(gè)又一個(gè)技術(shù)難題。在項(xiàng)目中承擔(dān)著重要角色，為客戶提供從設(shè)備研發(fā)到調(diào)試交付的全方位支持。

 

　　“每一次交付，都是一次承諾的實(shí)現(xiàn)，體現(xiàn)了以客戶為中心的服務(wù)理念。”為了滿足客戶快速投產(chǎn)的需求，該項(xiàng)目在2月立項(xiàng)，正值新春佳節(jié)。智佳能項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)主動(dòng)放棄了與家人團(tuán)聚的機(jī)會(huì)，堅(jiān)守工作崗位，以項(xiàng)目為家，按照客戶的要求，順利在3月初進(jìn)場(chǎng)，并在4月完成了安裝調(diào)試，9月實(shí)現(xiàn)滿產(chǎn)，僅用180天完成了兩條標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電芯后段物流線的交付。多少個(gè)深夜，項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)燈火通明，團(tuán)隊(duì)直面問題，攻堅(jiān)克難，凝聚集體力量，完善解決方案。

 

　　3月1日，項(xiàng)目小組的二十余人更是連續(xù)奮戰(zhàn)28天，從一線員工到運(yùn)營(yíng)總經(jīng)理，連續(xù)通宵解決試產(chǎn)問題，只為保證順利出貨生產(chǎn)。他們用行動(dòng)詮釋了責(zé)任，最終在拂曉之前見到了曙光。

　　Recently,ZOCONO received good news from the Xiamen Times project base of CATL.In the delivered back-end logistics automation production line project,ZOCONO,with its rich project experience,leading technical level and efficient delivery capability,won multiple honors including the 2024 Best Support Award,Excellent Project Manager and Excellent Individual from CATL.

 

　　It is reported that this project,as a provincial key project with a scale of over 10 billion yuan,has a total construction area of 1.24 million square meters in its first phase.It mainly involves the construction of two main production plants and other production supporting facilities,with a planned production capacity of 60GWh for new energy battery production lines.After its completion,it will further expand the scale of the new energy battery industry in Xiamen and drive the settlement of upstream and downstream supporting enterprises in the city.

 

　　As a leading provider of high-speed line post-process logistics automation for the first phase of the Xiamen CATL Battery Manufacturing Base project,ZOCONO has demonstrated outstanding technical strength and independent R&D capabilities.To meet the high technical requirements of CATL's high-speed lines,ZOCONO has for the first time adopted an industry-leading magnetic levitation flexible transportation system,increasing the production pace from the traditional 0.5m/s to over 1m/s,with an accuracy of 0.05mm.Additionally,ZOCONO innovatively used a nested continuous lifting machine,with a production pace of 2.5s per pallet,which is 240%faster than the traditional reciprocating lifting machine's 6s per pallet,perfectly meeting CATL's ultra-high production capacity demands.

 

　　In the cooperation of the first phase of the Xiamen CATL project,ZOCONO worked closely with the Xiamen CATL team,jointly overcoming one technical challenge after another.Playing a significant role in the project,ZOCONO provided comprehensive support from equipment research and development to commissioning and delivery."Every delivery is the fulfillment of a promise,embodying the customer-centric service philosophy."To meet the client's demand for rapid production start-up,the project was initiated in February,during the Spring Festival.The ZOCONO project team voluntarily gave up the opportunity to reunite with their families,stayed at their posts,and treated the project as their home.They entered the site smoothly in early March and completed the installation and commissioning in April,achieving full production in September.It took only 180 days to deliver two standard post-process logistics lines for battery cells.

 

　　Countless nights,the project site was brightly lit,with the team facing problems head-on,working hard to overcome difficulties,and pooling collective strength to refine solutions.On March 1st,more than twenty members of the project team fought continuously for 28 days,from front-line workers to the operation general manager,working through the night to solve trial production issues,all to ensure smooth production and delivery.They demonstrated their sense of responsibility through their actions and finally saw the dawn before the break of day.
